MovEvent Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MovEvent ("Platform"), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service. If you represent an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it.

2. Services

The Platform provides the following services to users and organizers:

For Projects/Organizers:

• 📌 Listing events, NFT details, and related data via the Platform.
• 📌 Adding, editing, and monitoring projects.
• 📌 Creating events, scheduling them, and sharing event information through a calendar.

For Users:

• 📌 Viewing, following, and accessing details of listed projects and events.
• 📌 Purchasing NFTs and interacting with content.

The Platform may update or add to the services provided over time.

3. User Responsibilities

• ✅ Ensure that the information you provide is accurate, current, and lawful.
• ✅ Refrain from engaging in fraud, spam, unauthorized data scraping, or other unlawful activities.
• ✅ Comply with all applicable laws (e.g., KVKK, GDPR, financial regulations) while using the Platform.
• ✅ Accept full responsibility for all content and projects you add to the Platform.

4. Project/Organizer Obligations

• 📌 Ensure that the event and NFT data you add is accurate, genuine, and compliant with applicable laws.
• 📌 Confirm that all necessary rights and licenses support any content you upload.
• 📌 Ensure that your content does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

Projects retain ownership of the content they add; however, they grant MovEvent a non-exclusive license to display and publish such content.

MovEvent’s trademarks, logos, and software are the exclusive property of MovEvent; unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

• ⚠️ No Warranty: The services are provided "as-is" without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• ⚠️ Third-Party Links: MovEvent is not responsible for content or services provided via third-party websites or NFT marketplaces.
• ⚠️ Financial Advices: MovEvent does not give any Financial Advice

7. Limitation of Liability

MovEvent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Notwithstanding legal limitations, a maximum liability cap will apply.

8. Account Suspension, Project Cancellation, and Content Moderation

• ⚠️ Account Suspension: MovEvent reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict access to accounts if any violations or inappropriate behavior/content are detected.
• ⚠️ Project Cancellation: Projects added to the Platform may be canceled if inappropriate content (e.g., pornographic names, profanity, or indecent expressions) is detected.
• ⚠️ Content Moderation: Inappropriate content may be modified, altered, or completely removed by MovEvent without prior notice or, where necessary, following required notifications.
• ⚠️ Responsibility: All projects and events added to the Platform are entirely the responsibility of the user who added them.
• ⚠️ Legal Process: In the event of any legal proceedings, you acknowledge that relevant content and information may be shared with the courts or other competent authorities.
• ⚠️ Compliance: MovEvent may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the relevant courts or arbitration panels.

10. Amendments

MovEvent may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
